Tethered: Silkscreen Picture Book
Tethered: a rope, chain, or similar restraint for holding an animal in place, allowing a short radius in which it can move
The partially fictitious but inspired by real love events of the girl who grew antlers and Constellation Boy. It is a magical short story of insecurity and acceptance inspired by make pretend and my desire of antlers. Hopefully after some story tweaking and a little reworking of a drawing or two a new printed picture book will make its way to my silkscreen bed then stitched by hand into a bound book.
Here are 6 illustrations that might make it.
